Urban Hideaways Ltd is responsible for the personal information you give us when you book. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, reference ZB709758.

We collect what we need to take and manage your booking: your name, contact details, dates, the number of guests, any requirements you tell us about, and photographic identification where a property requires it. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

This booking system is provided by Hostaway, which processes your booking details on our behalf. We share your information only with those who need it to deliver your stay, such as our cleaning and maintenance teams, our payment provider and our accountants. We never sell your data.

We keep booking records for seven years, because tax law requires it. You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing bookings@urbanhideaways.co.uk.
